CASH CALENDAR CONTEST GUIDELINES
There are 34 cash prizes to be awarded. There are 30 Daily Prizes of $20,000 and 4 Weekly Prizes of $100,000. The total value of all prizes is $1,000,000.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household from ordering a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, PMCC Executive Team; Deloitte & Touche LLP partners and employees and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be ordered and mailed in the province of Ontario.
The official Calendar ticket is a receipt of purchase. No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
All inquiries, if any, regarding the “Chances of Winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
TICKETS
A maximum of 1,250,000 Calendar ticket numbers will be sold. Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order. Prices are a 5-Pack♦ for $20 or a 15-Pack♦ for $50. For each order placed, one Calendar will be issued. The Calendar will list five or fifteen Calendar ticket numbers. Up to THREE names may be recorded on a Calendar ticket.

DRAW ORDER
The draws for the Daily Cash Prize of $20,000 will take place between June 1 and June 28, 2013. Weekend Daily Cash Prize draws will occur on the preceding Friday, with the exception of the first two Daily Cash Prize draws, which will be made on Saturday, June 1.
The draws for the Weekly Friday Cash Prize of $100,000 will take place on Friday, June 7, June 14, June 21 and June 28.
After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number is returned to the drum and is eligible for all subsequent draws. The drum will be spun a minimum of three times prior to each draw. Draws will occur based on the June 2013 calendar. on days where more than one draw takes place, the prizes will be drawn from lowest to highest in value.
All draws will take place between 9am and 5pm at the offices of Deloitte, 5140 Yonge Street, Suite 1700, North York, M2N 6L7.

PRIZE CLAIM
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official Calendar ticket.
Any prizes that are not claimed shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.

CAN I ORDER A SINGLE CASH CALENDAR TICKET?
Tickets for the Cash Calendar are only available in multiples of 5-pack or 15-pack.
HOW MANY CALENDARS WILL I RECEIVE IF I ORDER A 5-PACK OR 15-PACK?
For each Calendar order placed, one Calendar will be issued. The Calendar will list five or fifteen Calendar ticket numbers.
IS THE CALENDAR A 12- MONTH CALENDAR?
No. Your official ticket features a one-month Calendar for June 2013, showing what you can win each day that month.
CAN I GIVE THE PRINCESS MARGARET CANCER CENTRE CASH CALENDAR AS A GIFT?
Yes. The Cash Calendar ticket can be gifted. To order as a gift, simply advise us at the time of order, who you would like to give the ticket to and provide the address of the giftee.
WHAT ARE GUIDELINES REGARDING NUMBER OF NAMES AN A CALENDAR TICKET AND PAYMENT TERMS?
All tickets in a 5-pack or 15-pack must contain the same information. Up to three names can appear on one Calendar. Only one form of payment may be used per purchase. Ticket numbers will be issued in sequential order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?
We ask that all winners claim their prizes within six (6) weeks if possible. Prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months of the final draw date.
CAN SOMEONE WHO LIVES OUTSIDE ONTARIO OR OVERSEAS BUY A TICKET?
The Cash Calendar is intended for Ontario residents. Ticket buyers must be in Ontario at the time of order and provide an Ontario mailing address.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ORDER A TICKET?

WILL DRAWS BE TELEVISED ON CP24?
No. As prize draws occur over a period of one month, they will not be televised.
HOW MANY NAMES CAN APPEAR ON A CALENDER TICKET?
Up to three names can appear on a Calendar ticket.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A HOME LOTTERY TICKET IN ORDER TO PLAY THE CASH CALENDAR?
No, there is no requirement that you order a Home Lottery ticket to play the Cash Calendar.
I DIDN’T ORDER CASH CALENDAR TICKETS WHEN I ORDERED MY HOME LOTTERY TICKETS. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE CASH CALENDAR?
Yes, you can place your Cash Calendar ticket order at any time prior to the ticket deadline of May 9, 2013.
I HAVE MISPLACED MY CASH CALENDAR TICKET. AM I STILL ELGIBLE FOR THE DRAWS?
Yes. The official Calendar ticket is a receipt of purchase but you do not need it in hand to be entered for the prize draws. All ticket numbers sold will be represented in the draw drum by a token with the corresponding ticket number that matches information on the ticketholder in the database.

CAN I CANCEL MY CASH CALENDAR TICKET AND GET A REFUND?
Princess Margaret Cash Calendar ticket orders may be cancelled prior to the commencement of the draws and will be refunded for the amount that was paid for the ticket. Once draws have begun, no refunds are permitted.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY OFFICIAL TICKET/IT CONTAINS A SPELLING/ADDRESS ERROR.
Please allow two weeks for your application to be processed. Ticket purchasers who have not received their official Calendar ticket in the mail after this time or who wish to report a misspelled name or address on an OFFICIAL TICKET should call 1-800-542-8813.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A “BAD” PAYMENT WAS MADE FOR A TICKET (e.g. CHEQUE NSF)?
Time is allowed between the ticket sales cutoff and the start of the draws for all forms of payment to be verified and processed. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). If, for any reason, a payment is returned, the ticket will be deemed invalid if payment cannot be verified prior to the start of the draws.
IF I WIN, IS MY TICKET STILL IN FOR THE OTHER DRAWS?
Yes, each Cash Calendar ticket number is entered for each and every draw.
